Job Description

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team.

As Sales Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting hotel operations, delivering exceptional service, and helping our team achieve its operational and business goals.

Job Purpose

The Sales position is responsible for generating and supporting hotel business through relationship development, prospecting, account management, event coordination, and effective communication. This position contributes to occupancy, revenue, market share, and guest satisfaction by building strong relationships with clients and business partners.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sales strategies designed to achieve revenue, occupancy, and market-share objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients and local business partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred for management roles.
• Previous hotel sales, hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented with strong organization and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales-related systems.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:
