This property-based position is responsible for generating conference group business from both local and national markets, with a strong focus on revenue maximization, strategic market development, and the effective administration of assigned responsibilities. This Manager would oversee the Small Group Market in the Tri-County area as well as solicit and manage the property’s Business Transient accounts. The role requires disciplined execution through thoughtful delegation, sound judgment, and a high level of personal attention to detail.
