Quality Service is seeking Pakistani Americans for the position of Sales Manager to work remotely. This is a commission-only position. Please do not apply if you are not Pakistani American. The job description is as follows:

Job Requirements:

Job Title: Sales Manager (5 openings). Full-Time

Job Type: Independent Contractor. Commission-based only

- Must have access to the internet

Job Responsibilities:

Find customers (Pakistani Americans only) and interview them using the online Intake Sheets on the Sales Manager page.

Once all documents are received, the accountant begins work. Customers pay 50% of the service charge upfront at the time of order and the remaining 50% upon service completion via the website.

Sales Managers need to create an account on the website. They will operate within a 15-day Sales Cycle, during which they can acquire as many customers as possible. After 15 days, the cycle resets, and they start anew. Upon successfully finding a customer and submitting an order, the Sales Manager will send an invoice to Quality Service Bookkeeping indicating the earned commission, on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month. Payments are made via PayPal on the following Fridays.

- Up to 5 customers within a cycle: 20% commission

- Up to 10 customers within a cycle: 25% commission

- More than 10 customers within a cycle: 30% commission

- Invoices are due by the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays; payments are made on the 1st and 3rd Fridays.

- Customers create a login, order services, and after service completion and passing Quality Assurance, they pay the remaining 50% and download their documents from their account.
