Job summary

Furniture Mart USA is seeking a selling-manager to lead a showroom sales team on the floor, driving performance through coaching, training, and accountability. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and achieving targets in a dynamic retail environment.

Ideal candidates will have a proven retail sales leadership background, strong communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of teamwork and guest satisfaction.

• Proven track record in a retail sales environment with increasing levels of responsibility and experience building high performance teams that consistently exceed targets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead/direct, coach and train others, with strong communication and diplomacy.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Pay Range: $55,000 - $150,000 annually (Base pay + Commissions)

Requirements/Qualifications

• This is a selling-manager position where you will be out on the showroom floor with your team, leading by example
• Proven track record in a retail sales environment with increasing levels of responsibility and experience building high performance teams that consistently exceed targets
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead/direct, coach and train others, and the ability to relate well using communication, interpersonal, diplomacy and related skills
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Computer proficiency including MS Office products
• Implement effective sales processes and accountability using strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferences

• Supervisory/management experience in a retail sales environment or similar fast paced, customer service environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
