This role would be located at one of our Rockland County, NY locations, with our flagship office at 155 NY-304, Bardonia, NY 10954.

Responsibilities

In our Management Training program, you'll learn our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch. You'll serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as an operational expert behind the scenes. You'll master skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with the goal of eventually running your own branch, cultivating new business, and developing your team.

You'll receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and will also build relationships within the community to grow your own business.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales & customer service (e.g., retail, hospitality, commission sales, serving, restaurant, bar) or leadership (military, athletics, community, social, academic organizations).
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license; ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Living within a reasonable commute (no more than 1 hour) to the location within 30 days of start date.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Available to work an average of 46 hours per week, aside from religious observations.
