Job summary

Enterprise invites university students to join its Management Internship in Des Moines, IA, starting May 19, 2027. The 10–12 week, full-time program runs 40 hours per week with a paid rate of $17/hour.

Participants will gain hands-on experience across fleet management, customer service, and marketing, working closely with peers in a team-based setting. Dates listed above are mandatory work days for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student with a graduation date August 2027, December 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start May 18th, 2027.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be available on the required days listed in the posting: Tuesday, May 18th, 2027; June 7th-9th, 2027; and Thursday, July 29th, 2027.

Overview

If you are looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. For a university/college student, the real-world professional experience you’ll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It is a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This 10 to 12 week internship is scheduled to start May 19th, 2027. It is a full time internship, with being scheduled to work 40 hours/week. The pay is $17/hr. and will be located in the Des Moines, IA office (50009, 50047, 50211, 50309, 50310, 50311, 50312, 50313, 50314, 50315, 50316, 50317, 50319, 50320, 50321, 50322, and 50327).

Responsibilities
