Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Davenport, IA. This paid internship runs 10–12 weeks, starting May 19, 2027, with a 40-hour workweek and on-site duties at the Davenport office.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a graduation date Aug 2027, Dec 2027, or May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10–12 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with availability to start May 18th, 2027.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be available on the required posting dates: May 18th, 2027; June 7th–9th, 2027; and July 29th, 2027.

Responsibilities

• You’ll join our Management Internship Program and develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and help build marketing strategies.

If you are looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Internship will help you build valuable business and leadership skills. For a university/college student, the real-world professional experience you’ll receive during the internship will help you stand apart from the crowd, and will be more than just a line on your resume. From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It is a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun. This 10 to 12 week internship is scheduled to start May 19th, 2027. It is a full time internship, with being scheduled to work 40 hours/week. The pay is $17/hr. and will be located in the Davenport, IA office (52722, 52801, 52802, 52803, 52804, 52805, 52806, 52807, 52808, and 52809).

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers. During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers.
