Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship in Athens, GA to help you build business and leadership skills while contributing to real-world projects. You'll rotate through tasks including fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll complete intern projects, compete in friendly challenges, and may earn performance incentives; program runs Feb 5 through Apr 29 with part-time hours and growth opportunities.

• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record in last 3 years

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than May 2027.
• Must be committed to work the entire length of the internship February 5th – Thursday April 29th
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Must be able to work at least 25 hours per week throughout the Spring Internship Program.
• Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
