Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship in Duluth, GA for university students to gain real-world business and leadership experience. From day one, interns work alongside early-career professionals in a team-based setting, handling diverse challenges across fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy.

Interns will complete project work, compete in friendly team challenges, and may receive performance incentives and referral rewards throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation by May 2027.
• Must be available for entire internship duration Feb 5 – Apr 29.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with minimal moving violations.
• No drug/alcohol-related convictions in past 5 years.
• Able to work at least 25 hours per week during internship.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than May 2027.
• Must be committed to work the entire length of the internship February 5th - Thursday April 29th
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
• Must be able to work at least 25 hours per week throughout the Spring Internship Program.
• Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
