Enterprise in Bozeman, MT is offering a Management Internship designed for university students to gain real-world leadership experience. From day one, you'll work in a team-based setting with first- and second-year professionals, tackling projects and learning how to run a fleet, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies.

The internship is a 10–12 week program with a May start, paid at $17 per hour, and located at 4780 West Babcock Street, Bozeman, MT 59718.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than May 2028
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and management skills by tackling challenges similar to full-time professionals.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition; may be eligible for performance incentives and referrals.
• Learn to run a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and build marketing relationships within a team environment.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
