Job summary

Enterprise Holdings invites university students to join its Management Internship in Bemidji, MN. You'll gain hands-on leadership experience, working on real business challenges from day one.

During the internship you’ll develop skills in fleet management, customer relationships, marketing, and teamwork through projects and collaboration with peers. The program runs 10–12 weeks starting in May, with a pay rate of $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Rising Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester and graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree no later than May 2028.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10–12 week commitment with the start in May.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and build customer relationships.
• Create and implement marketing strategies in a team setting.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
• Eligible for performance incentives and referrals.

Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. The Pay for this position starts at $17 / hr.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
