Enterprise Holdings is offering a paid Management Internship at our Great Falls, MT location. The program targets university students to build leadership and business skills through real-world experience.

From day one, interns tackle challenges alongside full-time staff, gaining exposure to fleet management, customer service, and marketing activities. The 10–12 week program starts in May and includes opportunities for incentives and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising Senior enrolled full-time for the upcoming semester graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than May 2028.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with a start in May.

Responsibilities

• Develop management and leadership skills through hands-on projects.
• Learn to run a fleet of vehicles, support customers, and assist with marketing strategies.
• Engage in intern projects, friendly peer competition, and potential performance incentives.

The Pay for this position starts at $17 / hr.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
