Enterprise is hiring for its Sales Management Training Program in Bloomsburg, PA. As a manager in training, you will gain hands-on experience from day one while learning to run a branch, develop business, and lead your team. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or be near completion, have a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the U.S. Join a company focused on promotion from within and offering a competitive compensation of $50,745 annually plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Sales Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
