Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Sales Management Training Program in Atlantic and Cape May Counties, NJ. This position offers a clear career path with training, mentoring, and promotion opportunities across sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations.

You’ll begin as a Management Trainee, learn the business from day one, and work at a neighborhood branch. You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners as you prepare to lead a future branch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in sales & customer service, leadership, or sports leadership.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Living in Atlantic or Cape May County within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Learn and participate in the Sales Management Training program from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

This position is located at one of our offices within Atlantic and Cape May Counties including but not limited to Rio Grande, Pleasantville, Vineland, Somers Point, and Atlantic City

The target compensation for this position is $57,530 annually, which is based on an hourly rate of $22.58, plus any applicable overtime compensation for a 46-hour work week.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Sales Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hand-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications
