Responsibilities

We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn our business from day one, based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as an operational expert behind the scenes. In this structured program, you will master the skills needed to eventually run your own branch, grow new business, and develop your team.

In our hands-on environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to build relationships essential for your business growth.

We will teach you customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing a customer-first culture. Our culture promotes friendly competition, critical for business growth and your success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
  • No alcohol or drug-related convictions on record in the last 5 years.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Available to work an average of 45 hours per week.
  • Not interviewed with Enterprise for this position in the last 12 months.
