Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, and Culver City. You will begin learning the business from day one, serving customers and partners while building the path to running your own branch.

The program trains you in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with mentoring and internal promotion opportunities. Minimum 1 year in sales or related fields and a valid CA license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• This position requires a valid CA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn the core business from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operating expertise.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required.

• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
