Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Sales Management Training Program at multiple locations in Salem, Woodburn, Albany and more. You’ll learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and become the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while handling operations.

You’ll be mentored to eventually run your own branch, grow new business and develop a team, with training across customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations, in a culture of promotion from

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related event on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• You will start learning our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In the structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful and engage with the community to build your own business.
• We will teach you excellence in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations; always put customers first.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Sales Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
