Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Downtown Portland. You will learn the business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches, serving customers and partners and building your team.

You’ll receive training, mentoring, and opportunities for advancement in sales, service, and operations, with a strong internal promotion culture and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related events on record in 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Training program and learn the business from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners at your branch.
• Develop skills to run a neighborhood branch and cultivate new business.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

• Must have valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the last 3 years.


• No drug or alcohol related event on driving record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI, failed breath test, diversion agreement, or similar).


• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.


• Must be at least 18 years old .
