Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Perry, GA. As an MT, you will learn our business from day one, serving customers and partners while based at a neighborhood branch.

You will be mentored to eventually manage your own location, cultivate new business, and develop a professional team. The program emphasizes hands-on learning in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a culture of internal advancement and a strong Benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, hospitality, or related areas
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years; excessive speeding rules may disqualify
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners during the Management Training program
• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and aim to run a future branch
• Build relationships in the community to grow the business and establish your own client base

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications
