Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program at 1309 Highway 15 North Laurel, MS 39440. You will start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.

In the structured program you will master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, develop your team, and cultivate new business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in Sales & Customer Service or Leadership roles.
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations and no major violations recently.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one in the Management Training program, based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operational expertise.
• Help run a branch and grow the business by developing a team and cultivating new relationships.
• Receive guidance and mentoring to excel in customer service, sales, finance, and operations.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors
• Must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
  • Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (defined as 26 or more miles per hour over the posted speed limit) on their driving record within the last 3 years will be disqualifiedfrom consideration.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
