Enterprise Mobility in Hot Springs, AR is hiring for its Management Training Program. You will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and start building a career in sales, customer service, and operations.

The MT role covers training in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with mentoring and a clear path to running your own branch and leading a team.

Qualificações

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Placement may occur at various Enterprise Mobility locations throughout the market and will be based on business needs and available opportunities.
