Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from day one, serving as both the face of Enterprise and an operational expert. You will master customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with the goal of eventually managing your own branch and developing your team. Our hands-on program provides mentorship and community engagement to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or within one semester of graduation
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No DWI/DUI/DWAI or similar convictions in the past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship
