Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Bismarck, ND is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program. The MT will begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while handling behind-the-scenes operations.

You will be mentored and coached in customer service, sales, finance, and operations to eventually run a branch, grow the business, and develop a team in a culture focused on internal promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• As a Management Training (MT), start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In the structured program, you will master knowledge to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and will engage with the community to build relationships.

You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
