Enterprise Holdings invites university and college students to join the Management Internship, offering real-world experience that goes beyond a resume. From day one you’ll be paid, learn to run a successful business, and develop marketable leadership skills in a team-based setting.

As an intern, you’ll tackle challenges alongside first and second year professionals, gain exposure to fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategies, and have opportunities for incentives and referrals

Qualifications

Must be 18 years old.
Senior in bachelor’s degree program with graduation by May 2027.
6 months of sales, customer service, marketing or management experience.
Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in 3 years.
No drug or alcohol conviction in past 5 years.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Available to work up to 25 hours per week, including a weekend rotation once a month.

Responsibilities

Join the Management Internship Program to develop fleet management and customer service skills.
Engage in intern projects and competitive team activities with peers.
Learn marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
Participate in performance incentives and employee referral programs where eligible.
