Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is offering a paid Management Internship in Duluth, GA. You will join a team-based program that mirrors the challenges faced by first- and second-year professionals, gaining real leadership experience from day one.

Located at 3050 Satellite Blvd, Duluth, GA, the internship runs Feb 5–Apr 29. You’ll learn fleet management, customer engagement, and marketing strategies while completing intern projects and competing with peers for performance rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with graduation by May 2027.
• Commitment to work the entire length of the internship February 5 – April 29.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• Able to work at least 25 hours per week throughout the Spring Internship Program.
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, assist customers, and help build marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Potentially eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
