Job summary

You’ll work in a team-based environment from day one, with mentors guiding you through projects and real-world challenges, including performance incentives. Eligible candidates must work in the United States and commit to the internship dates.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program with graduation by May 2027.
• Commit to the full internship length Feb 5–Apr 29.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in past 5 years.
• Able to work at least 25 hours per week during the Spring internship.
• Minimum 3 months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and build relationships.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Learn alongside Management Trainees in a team-based environment.
