Job summary

Sawgrass Ford in Sunrise, FL is seeking an entry-level team member to support the sales lot operations and showroom organization. The position is full-time with a schedule Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays, and a salary of $16.00–$17.00 per hour.

You will move and organize vehicles, keep the lot presentable, assist with dealer trades and guest relations, and participate in background checks and drug screening as part of hiring.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in an automotive facility preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow directions successfully.
• Must communicate and collaborate effectively with dealership personnel.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Organize and move vehicles as needed in sales lot.
• Maintain vehicles presentable on the lot and be proactive with vehicle organization.
• Assist with vehicle-owner relations—dealer trades.
• Assist with showroom organization.
• Maintain golf carts functioning and organized for customer and sales associate use.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Job Details: Level: Entry, Job Location: Sawgrass Ford - Sunrise, FL, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.00Hourly, Schedule may vary depending on Sales lot needs

Monday to Friday 8:00 Am to 5 Pm, 1-hour lunch, and rotating Saturdays. Schedule may vary according to dealership need.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Organize and move vehicles as needed in sales lot
• Maintain vehicles presentable on the lot and be proactive with vehicle organization
• Assist with vehicle-owner relations-dealer trades
• Assisting with showroom organization
• Maintain golf carts functioning and organized for customer and sales associate use
• Complete other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience in an automotive facility preferred but not required
• Ability to follow directions successfully
• Must be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other dealership personnel
• Must have valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record and safe driving habits in order to drive both customer vehicles and a demonstrator vehicle
• Positive attitude
• Must be a team player with impeccable honesty and integrity
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
• Must maintain a high level of professional appearance and conduct
