Audi Reno Tahoe invites you to join our team as a vehicle lot attendant. In this role you help keep the sales lot organized, ensure vehicles are clean and display-ready, and support the delivery process with accurate scheduling and documentation.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, enjoy teamwork, and gain valuable experience with a premier luxury brand in Northern Nevada.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to bend, kneel, walk and stand for extended periods in varying weather.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle traffic flowing smoothly across the lot and showroom.
• Maintain first-class appearance of sales lot, showroom, and displays.
• Assist with delivery scheduling, fuel slips, and delivery readiness.
• Support inventory management, lot organization, and showroom presentation.
• Process new vehicle check-ins, inspections and dealer trade paperwork.
• Verify VINs and vehicle information against invoices.
• Organize keys, owner manuals and related documentation.
• Ensure each Audi is presentation-ready for customers.

What You'll Do

• Keep vehicle traffic flowing smoothly throughout the sales lot and dealership.
• Help maintain a first-class appearance of the sales lot, showroom, service drive, and vehicle displays.
• Support the vehicle delivery process by managing delivery schedules, fuel slips, and delivery readiness.
• Assist with vehicle inventory management, lot organization, and showroom presentation.
• Perform new vehicle check-ins, inspections, and dealer trade processing.
• Verify vehicle information and VIN numbers against invoices and paperwork.
• Organize and maintain vehicle keys, owner's manuals, and related documentation.
• Help ensure every Audi is presentation-ready for our customers.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to bend, kneel, walk, and stand for extended periods, indoors and outdoors, in varying weather conditions.
