Job summary

Kunes Auto Group is hiring a Sales Lot Attendant in Wisconsin to keep vehicle inventory organized and ready for customers. You’ll support sales and service teams with day-to-day lot operations, leveraging training provided to grow in the automotive field.

You'll participate in lot maintenance, vehicle photography, inventory records, and safety checks, with paid training and opportunities for advancement across 40+ dealerships in the group.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic computer skills helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn—no dealership experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay active throughout the day.
• Experience preferred but not required — paid training provided.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Track, manage, and photograph vehicle inventory with attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate digital inventory records.
• Conduct regular lot patrols to verify inventory accuracy and vehicle information.
• Move and park vehicles safely around the lot and showroom.
• Wash and detail vehicles to look their best for customers.
• Assist with fueling and preparing vehicles for delivery.
• Help track and manage vehicle keys.
• Distribute materials and supplies to support smooth lot operations.
• Monitor for safety concerns and maintain a secure lot.
• Support sales, service, and management with day-to-day tasks.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Position Summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a Sales Lot Attendant to join our growing dealership team. In this hands-on role, you'll help keep our vehicle inventory organized, presentable, and ready for customers—supporting our sales and service teams with day-to-day lot operations. Whether you've worked in automotive, retail, warehouse, landscaping, or another active role, we provide the training and support to help you build a successful career in the automotive industry.

Compensation

• $14.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience
