Hajoca Corporation’s Sales & Leadership Trainee (Finance) program in Baton Rouge offers a multi-year rotational path across sales, operations, and profit center leadership. You’ll gain hands-on experience in warehousing, customer interactions, pricing, and vendor relations while being mentored by experienced managers.

We seek college graduates or professionals with customer service or sales experience, who can drive, communicate effectively, and adapt quickly.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service, sales, management, or leadership roles.
• Able to drive for company business: at least 18 years old, valid driver's license, good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a multi-year rotational program across sales, operations, and management.
• Learn warehouse procedures, operations, and sales with mentorship.
• Attend vendor product knowledge sessions and gain experience with residential/commercial customers.
• Engage in pricing, margin management, bids, quotes, and submittals; assist with procurement and scheduling.
• Develop relationships with vendors and participate in joint sales calls with outside personnel.
