Hajoca Corporation, one of the country’s largest privately-held plumbing and industrial supplies distributors, invites applicants for a Sales & Leadership Trainee at our Beaumont, TX Profit Center. This multi-year rotational program is designed to develop future leaders by exposing you to sales, operations, and manager responsibilities.

During Phase 1 you’ll learn receiving, shipping, and vendor sessions; Phase 2 introduces counter sales and customer service; Phase 3 covers pricing, bids,

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service, sales, management, or leadership roles.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Willing to learn and adapt to a rotational program.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1 focuses on operations, receiving/shipping, and vendor sessions.
• Phase 2 introduces counter sales and assisting customers.
• Phase 3 covers pricing, bids, procurement, and scheduling.
• Phase 4 includes career discussions with your Profit Center Manager.
