Qualifications

• 0–3 years of work experience in sales, customer service, retail, or client-facing roles.
• Strong desire to learn and advance in a sales-focused environment.
• Desire to work in a team-oriented, in-office environment with collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement recruiting strategies to identify top-tier candidates using diverse sourcing methods.
• Learn cold calling techniques, generate sales leads, and build relationships with clients.
• Negotiate job offers and educate candidates on current and future opportunities.
• Collaborate with teammates, document activities in CRM and ATS systems.
• Build and manage your book of business, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to contracts.
• Lead and mentor recruiters toward promotions and leadership opportunities.
• Own client relationships by negotiating rates and ensuring satisfaction with staffing solutions.
