You’ll master advanced sales strategies, mentor teams, optimize customer experience, and review performance metrics to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential/home sales or sales management.
• Willing to relocate after training.
• Local to Pittsburgh, PA or able to train in person.
• Strategic, results-driven with a passion for coaching and developing others.
