Refloor is seeking ambitious sales leaders for its General Sales Manager Development Program, designed to move beyond individual performance and build leadership impact. You will train hands-on in Pittsburgh, learn Refloor’s sales and operations, and prepare to lead a location.

You’ll master advanced sales strategies, mentor teams, optimize customer experience, and review performance metrics to drive profitability.
