Job summary

E. & J. Gallo Winery invites passionate students to apply for a 6-8 week Sales Internship Program. This hands‑on experience immerses you in our Sales organization through shadowing and training across roles and projects, with management collaboration to develop practical solutions.

You will rotate from Field Sales to Market Development and Business Intelligence functions, culminating in a project presentation to leadership. The program emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s degree; OR have obtained a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Candidate is expected to have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle if applicable, with a motor vehicle check.
• Must be 18+ years old (and 21+ for certain duties).

Responsibilities

• Rotate through key commercial assignments, starting as a Field Sales Representative to learn retail sales, merchandising, and management techniques.
• Collaborate with Market Development Manager to understand brand objectives and training roles.
• Work with Business Intelligence Manager on topics like new product launches and pricing strategies.
