Job summary

Cowan Supply, a trade name of Hajoca Corporation, in Norcross, GA, is looking for a Sales & Leadership Trainee for a multi‑year rotational program designed to expose you to all aspects of our business and to prepare you for a long‑term career in sales, operations, or profit center leadership.

During the program you will rotate through operations, counter sales, and sales activities, with a final career discussion with the Profit Center Manager to identify your desired path.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service, sales, management, or leadership roles.
• Legal to drive company business: at least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, good driving record.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Team player with ability to inspire collaboration.
• Excellent listening, persuasion, and adaptive mindset.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Tech proficiency – Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Understanding of warehouse material-handling equipment operation.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• English reading, writing, speaking.

Responsibilities

• Business operations – receiving, shipping, returns, deliveries, truck maintenance.
• Counter sales – assisting customers, processing orders, product information, display maintenance.
• Sales – pricing, margin management, bids, quotes, submittals, procurement, scheduling.
• Career discussion with Profit Center Manager to identify desired business path.
