Job summary
Mondelēz International announces a 24‑month Sales Leadership Development program designed to prepare graduates for future leadership roles within the Sales organization. The role provides diverse rotations across direct selling, account management, analytics, and customer development, under senior leadership sponsorship.
Starting July 26, 2027, the program culminates in a permanent management position within Sales, with a strong emphasis on leadership, networking, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship of a visa.
- Valid Driver’s License as a company vehicle will be provided to you.

- Participate in a formal rotational program providing exposure across our Sales organization.
- Develop a working knowledge of many key areas in Sales through experiences in direct selling, people and account management, insights and analytics, customer development, and sales planning.
- Build a strong development and formal career plan with guidance and support.
- Form a strong network of supporters, along with exposure and networking opportunities with senior leaders.

The Mondelez International Sales Leadership Development Program is a 24-month accelerated learning program designed to prepare selected recruits for future leadership roles with our Sales team.
Sales Leadership Development Associates (SLDAs) gain broad exposure to the Sales Organization through a combination of diverse rotational assignments and formal training. SLDAs are sponsored by a committed network of senior leaders, dedicated mentors, and advocates. Through these dynamic experiences and relationships, participants will hone their leadership capabilities and analytical skills to become a vital member of our world-class organization.
- Participate in a formal rotational program providing exposure across our Sales organization.
- Develop a working knowledge of many key areas in Sales through your experiences in direct selling, people and account management, insights and analytics, customer development, and sales planning.
- Build a strong development and formal career plan with guidance and support.
- Form a strong network of supporters, along with exposure and networking opportunities with senior leaders.
Upon successful completion of the Sales Leadership Development Program, participants will be placed in a permanent full-time management role within the Sales organization.

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary ranges for this position are shown below; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
Any other location base salary range: $69,000.00.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time.
