Overview:

Our client, an award-winning ERP staffing firm, is hiring a servant-minded VP, Head of Sales to drive strategy, mentor talent, and build a high-performing sales team. This person is solely focused on enabling the team to succeed. While they may choose to contribute individually, the core focus is on leadership, strategy, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the ERP staffing sales strategy
• Recruit, mentor, and develop 5–10 sales reps in year one
• Lead the team to exceed a $2M annual gross profit target
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive growth initiatives

What You Need:

• ERP/IT staffing experience (must-have)
• At least 3-5 years of sales leadership experience in a staffing industry
• Commutable to office (Monday-Thursday; 4 day work week!)
• OTE: $240,000+
• Profit Sharing opportunities
• Benefits: Health coverage, 401K, and 4-day workweek
