The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The purpose of this role is to lead Facilities Care Segment Business Teams and drive business growth in consultation with stakeholders, developing and executing strategic plans. This role will oversee the Cleaning Workplace & Safety Segment and Architecture Market Segment through respective segment teams to drive growth.

To succeed in this role, 3M requires (at a minimum):
Qualifications Required:
At least 15-20 years of prior experience as a Sales Leader or NSM, with exposure to both B2B Key Accounts and Channel Sales.
An MBA from a reputable institute.
