Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive for Results: Set clear expectations, oversee operational duties, supervise sales associates, maintain merchandise standards, and motivate the team to meet sales goals.

3. Enhance Customer Experience: Promote exceptional service standards, utilize sales techniques, build customer loyalty, and ensure prompt resolution of concerns.
4. Talent Development: Support training initiatives, interpret performance metrics, provide coaching, and recognize outstanding performance.
5. Perform other duties as assigned, with some variations depending on the brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
• Must be 18 or older
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to adapt to technology and manage store operations
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation and Physical Requirements

The wage range is $17.75 to $21.25, based on qualifications. The physical demands include walking/standing most of the shift, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs., and climbing.
