Position Objective

The Sales Lead supports management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our values and guiding principles in all store operations, including customer experience and profitability. Functional Responsibilities

1. Drive for Results: Establish clear expectations, oversee operational activities, supervise associates, maintain standards, develop a high-performance culture, and ensure team training and coaching.
2. Build High Performing Teams: Motivate and inspire the team, promote inclusivity, communicate effectively, and seek personal development opportunities.
3. Customer Experience: Promote MAPS principles, utilize sales techniques, build customer loyalty, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure efficient checkout processes.
4. Talent Development: Support training programs, interpret KPI reports, provide coaching, recognize performance, and ensure adherence to employment policies.
5. Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities may vary across brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to technology
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing (67-100%) of shift
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%) of shift
• Frequent climbing (34-66%) of shift
