POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Sales Lead supports management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, aligning with our values and guiding principles. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Drive for Results
    • Establishes and communicates clear expectations, holding the team accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.
    • Oversees operational activities such as opening/closing duties and merchandise flow.
    • Supervises sales associates, manages schedules, and maintains knowledge of current promotions and standards.
    • Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention.
    • Develops a high-performance culture, motivating the team to meet sales goals.
    • Trains and coaches staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  2. Build High Performing Teams
    • Inspires and motivates the team, promoting a shared vision and core values.
    • Encourages collaboration and effective communication to lead positive change.
    • Seeks personal development opportunities and feedback to enhance leadership skills.
  3. Customer Experience
    • Models and promotes excellent personal service and an omni-channel experience.
    • Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to assist customers.
    • Builds customer loyalty through clienteling and wardrobing.
    • Resolves customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
    • Ensures smooth checkout experiences and maintains customer communication.
  4. Talent Development
    • Supports training programs and staff development initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn new technology and manage store operations
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking/standing during shifts
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent climbing
