Description

As an UGG Sales Lead with Keys, you create personalized shopping experiences that foster brand loyalty. You model our Service Training Program, greet customers promptly, and address all questions accurately. You provide exceptional service from start to finish, including explaining our return policy. Maintaining a positive attitude, you promote the store and brand image, adhere to dress code, and are available to assist all customers, both in-store and over the phone.

Your role extends beyond sales: you operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, and ensure products are stocked and merchandised according to Visual Merchandising standards. You keep the back-stock and employee break areas clean and organized, practice safety, and respond to theft in line with policies. As a team member, you promote a positive work environment by recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining respectfulness.
