The role requires 18+, 2 years of retail management preferred, strong communication, flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays), and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to the team.
• Handle cash, inventory, replenishment, and merchandize control.
• Support brand priorities and store policies while delivering guest experiences.
