Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for WHBM in Pleasanton, CA, to partner with store leaders and supervise teams. You will foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that mirrors our culture of hospitality and supports outstanding experiences.

As a role model, you will drive brand standards, coach associates, and lead with clear direction, ensuring the team achieves goals while delivering memorable service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.

About the role
