Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at The Village at Meridian store to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional service. You’ll help create memorable, customer-centered experiences that reflect our hospitality-driven culture.

You will coach teammates, manage in-store operations, and support scheduling, inventory, and merchandising while staying informed about promotions and policies. Flexible availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations and opening/closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach teammates.
• Manage cash handling, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Stay informed about promotions and store policies.
• Support scheduling and merchandise replenishment as needed.
