POSITION OBJECTIVE:

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive for Results:
- Establish clear expectations and hold team accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.
- Oversee operational activities like opening/closing duties and merchandise flow.
- Supervise associates engaged in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service, ensuring proper staffing and merchandise presentation.
- Maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention.
- Develop a high-performance culture, motivate the sales team, and meet sales goals.
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Build High Performing Teams:
- Motivate and inspire, promote shared vision, and model core values.
- Encourage inclusive problem-solving and effective communication.
- Seek personal development and feedback to enhance leadership skills.
- Customer Experience:
- Model and promote excellent personal service and omni-channel experience.
- Utilize sales techniques, product knowledge, and clienteling to build customer loyalty.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure efficient register operations.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers through loyalty programs and customer sign-ups.
- Talent:
- Support training programs and assist in developing store associates.
- Interpret performance reports, provide coaching, and contribute to performance reviews.
- Drive engagement by recognizing outstanding performance and ensuring policy adherence.
- Other duties as assigned, varying by brand.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to company technology.
- Knowledge of store operations and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Constant walking/standing (67-100% of shift).
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent climbing (34-66% of shift).
