POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Sales Lead supports management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture, prioritizing excellent customer experience and profitability. We believe our team makes us the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Drive for Results:
  2. Establish clear expectations and hold team accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.
  3. Oversee operational activities like opening/closing duties and merchandise flow.
  4. Supervise associates engaged in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service, ensuring proper staffing and merchandise presentation.
  5. Maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention.
  6. Develop a high-performance culture, motivate the sales team, and meet sales goals.
  7. Train and coach team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  8. Build High Performing Teams:
  9. Motivate and inspire, promote shared vision, and model core values.
  10. Encourage inclusive problem-solving and effective communication.
  11. Seek personal development and feedback to enhance leadership skills.
  12. Customer Experience:
  13. Model and promote excellent personal service and omni-channel experience.
  14. Utilize sales techniques, product knowledge, and clienteling to build customer loyalty.
  15. Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure efficient register operations.
  16. Maintain consistent communication with customers through loyalty programs and customer sign-ups.
  17. Talent:
  18. Support training programs and assist in developing store associates.
  19. Interpret performance reports, provide coaching, and contribute to performance reviews.
  20. Drive engagement by recognizing outstanding performance and ensuring policy adherence.
  21. Other duties as assigned, varying by brand.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to company technology.
  • Knowledge of store operations and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Constant walking/standing (67-100% of shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent climbing (34-66% of shift).
