Job summary

LOFT in Richmond, VA is seeking a Sales Lead to model outstanding customer experiences and guide store associates. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to understand store operations and step in as manager when needed. This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and delivering a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Flexible part-time schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus benefits including 401(k) and merchandise discounts. Pay ranges from $13.77 to $17.20 hourly USD.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Enjoys communicating and coaching
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines

• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
