Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to act as a brand ambassador, guiding customers with personalized styling and ensuring an inviting shopping environment. You will keep merchandise organized and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

You bring hospitality, a customer-first mindset, and tech-savvy skills to operate the POS and stay informed about promotions. This role supports our omnichannel approach and emphasizes teamwork and initiative.

About the role

As a Sales Associate, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers. You'll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor.
