Job summary

LOFT in Center Valley, PA is seeking a Sales Lead to join our team. You will model exceptional customer experiences, guide associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to act as manager when needed.

Your role focuses on personalized service, maintaining brand standards, and driving store performance through coaching and effective use of omnichannel tools. Flexible availability is required, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven initiative to organize and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities
